Getting to know each other & Introduction

A physical or phone introduction to Served With Passion to find the initial match in our values and standards. We additionally provide an introduction about our organization with opportunities to work with us.

Wishes & Needs

After a fruitful introduction, we would like to know your company's wishes and needs. This inventory will help us get to know you even better and create a customized proposal. If desired, you will already receive login details for your demo client portal.

Contract & Price Agreements

After the inventory and equal agreement on the information gathered, we will send you a draft agreement with a price proposal.

Activation & Onboarding

Once the documents are signed, we will activate your account or convert your demo account to a regular account. Then we schedule an online or physical onboarding to familiarize you with the client portal.

Matching & Implementation

After onboarding, we can start matching your wants & needs with our service and quality.

Working with

How quickly can you supply people?

We can move quickly, but always choose quality over haste. That is why we first carefully map out your needs and make clear agreements. This way you can be sure that you will not just get employees, but a suitable team that works the way you have in mind. You can easily submit a request via our website, after which we will contact you directly.

How do you ensure quality?

Quality starts with the basics. Every employee goes through a careful application and onboarding process of at least one month, including training and trial days. Only then are they part of our permanent team.

How do you handle cancellations and sick calls?

We always schedule backup shifts. When there is a cancellation or sick call, we put them in immediately. This way we guarantee the numbers we promise and quality remains guaranteed.

What areas are you working in?

We operate mainly in Amsterdam, Utrecht and Rotterdam. Furthermore, this extends further into other areas with our caterer partners.

How are you dealing with the DBA legislation?

With Served With Passion you are assured of a legally correct and worry-free partnership. Employees deployed to you under authority always have a temporary employment contract and are covered by our hiring contract. For your exemption from the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid (Wka) we use a G account. We only deploy self-employed people when they demonstrably meet the legal criteria for entrepreneurship, guaranteed through our agency agreement and contract for work. All our documents and processes are continuously managed and reviewed by our HR manager, in collaboration with a specialized lawyer and attorney labor law/DBA. This way you can be sure that everything is completely up-to-date, reliable and secure.

Can I also contact you for one-time assignments?

This is possible, though the rate we charge for it is higher than our regular rate. Because at that time we have less room to lend a helping hand to our regular partners.

What does your costing look like?

Our rates depend on the functions you need, the level of quality and the size of the purchase. After your request, you will receive a clear and appropriate proposal from us.

How do you handle travel expenses?

About travel expenses, we always make transparent agreements with our clients. For permanent locations, we charge a maximum rate per employee. For assignments for caterers, we charge a mileage or public transportation fee, and if applicable, parking fees (upon agreement). In addition, a travel time allowance applies when the total trip exceeds one hour
