Working with
We can move quickly, but always choose quality over haste. That is why we first carefully map out your needs and make clear agreements. This way you can be sure that you will not just get employees, but a suitable team that works the way you have in mind. You can easily submit a request via our website, after which we will contact you directly.
Quality starts with the basics. Every employee goes through a careful application and onboarding process of at least one month, including training and trial days. Only then are they part of our permanent team.
We always schedule backup shifts. When there is a cancellation or sick call, we put them in immediately. This way we guarantee the numbers we promise and quality remains guaranteed.
We operate mainly in Amsterdam, Utrecht and Rotterdam. Furthermore, this extends further into other areas with our caterer partners.
With Served With Passion you are assured of a legally correct and worry-free partnership. Employees deployed to you under authority always have a temporary employment contract and are covered by our hiring contract. For your exemption from the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid (Wka) we use a G account. We only deploy self-employed people when they demonstrably meet the legal criteria for entrepreneurship, guaranteed through our agency agreement and contract for work. All our documents and processes are continuously managed and reviewed by our HR manager, in collaboration with a specialized lawyer and attorney labor law/DBA. This way you can be sure that everything is completely up-to-date, reliable and secure.
This is possible, though the rate we charge for it is higher than our regular rate. Because at that time we have less room to lend a helping hand to our regular partners.
Our rates depend on the functions you need, the level of quality and the size of the purchase. After your request, you will receive a clear and appropriate proposal from us.
We always make transparent arrangements with our clients about travel expenses. For fixed locations, we apply a maximum rate per employee. For assignments for caterers, we charge a mileage allowance or public transport costs and, if applicable, parking costs (subject to agreement). There is also a travel time allowance if the total journey takes longer than one hour.

Not at first. We look at your personality and enthusiasm for the job. Basic skills such as tray walking, carrying three plates and covering a dinner will be taught to you during basic training. Furthermore, you are never alone. Thanks to our 1-to-7 formula, there is always an experienced staff member or manager present who keeps an overview, supports you and ensures that the team works smoothly together.

From all-round employee to first employee, district/pass/bar head or Cocktail shaker. From first employee to Supervisor or Manager From Supervisor or Manager to Party manager
We work with a secure application that you will receive when you are hired by our organization. You will receive your schedule digitally through our application, based on your stated availability. Furthermore, our scheduler is on hand to answer your questions so you can do your job worry-free.
Our base pay is above the hospitality industry average. Based on your last paycheck and your age, you may get an initial proposal and after your trial period, it will be fixed or adjusted based on your work performance and match with our core values/team. With us, the more commitment and development, the faster you can advance. Passionate work never goes unrewarded.
We work with both 0-hour on-call contracts and fixed-hour contracts. We always start with a 0-hour contract to find out if we are a good match for each other. Within the 0-hour contract you decide for yourself, outside of the reference days, where and when you work.
We offer a wide range of work from brasserie, hotel and restaurant to weddings, high end dinners and corporate events. We also often work at fun festivals in the summer.
You can apply for anything within our application but we will ultimately accept or reject you. Based on your trial days and training day, we will create a framework of positions you can hold. Through the passion, enthusiasm, commitment and performance you show on and off the job, you can broaden this framework. Through our training you can accelerate the process for this.
