Anti Discrimination Policy
Introduction
At Served with Passion, we place great importance on a work environment where everyone feels valued and respected. We stand for equality and diversity and condemn any form of discrimination. This policy has been drafted in accordance with Dutch law and the guidelines of the Algemene Bond Uitzendondernemingen (ABU).
Objective
The purpose of this policy is to take a clear stand against discrimination and to ensure the rights and dignity of all our employees, customers and partners. We strive to create an inclusive environment in which everyone has equal opportunities, regardless of background or personal characteristics.
Definitions
Discrimination involves unfairly discriminating against people based on characteristics such as, but not limited to, race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, national or ethnic origin, and political beliefs.
Policy
Equal Treatment: All employees and applicants for employment are evaluated on the basis of their qualifications, skills and performance. Decisions regarding hiring, promotion, compensation and other terms and conditions of employment are based on objective criteria.
Safe Workplace: We are committed to a workplace free from harassment, bullying and any form of unwelcome behavior. Everyone has the right to work in an environment where their dignity is respected.
Complaint Procedure: Employees who experience discrimination or witness discriminatory behavior are encouraged to report it immediately. Complaints will be taken seriously and treated confidentially. We will take appropriate measures to address and prevent any form of discrimination.
Education and Training: To promote awareness, we offer regular training and education sessions for all employees. These sessions cover topics such as diversity, inclusion and recognizing discriminatory behavior.
Enforcement: Violations of this policy will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal. We will thoroughly investigate any complaint and take appropriate steps to enforce our standards and values.

Equal Treatment (AWGB) and other relevant Dutch legislation. We also comply with the guidelines and code of ethics of the ABU, which strive for fair and equal treatment in the temporary employment industry.
