Served With Passion was born in the workplace. We are building an incubator where energy, craftsmanship and care come together. Not sending out to fill, but selecting, training and matching people so it’s right on feeling and result. Our history

Denzell and Jave learned hospitality from the inside out: from washing dishes to managing teams at large events. Their experience on the floor showed that hospitality is not a trick, but comes from genuine attention, energy and fun.

While working at ‘t Nieuwe Kafé, Served With Passion’s first client, the basis for the name was born. A guest complimented them by saying, “I see the passion in your eyes.” That one moment gave words to their belief that service should always be delivered with passion.

SWP is not an impersonal supplier. We are a partner that starts with listening, selects for personality and intrinsic motivation, and deploys only when the match is right. Training is ongoing, feedback is normal and teams are guided until it works as intended.

Served With Passion’s ultimate desire extends beyond building one strong company. The goal is to grow into a family of labels that together form the Served With Passion Group. Each label will have its own focus, its own leader and its own specialization – but will remain connected by the same core values: Enthusiasm, Connectedness, Growth and Responsibility.

This creates four branches that complement each other:

  • Operation & Service: the basics, where hospitality becomes tangible and visible.
  • Bar & Cocktails: where rhythm, craftsmanship and experience come together.
  • Hostesses & Hostesses: where charisma, knowledge and personal quality make the difference.
  • Leadership & Project Management: where oversight, calm and direction keep the floor stable.

The idea behind the holding company is not to appear bigger, but to structurally raise the standard for hospitality in the Netherlands. Each branch is given room to grow with its own expertise, but is supported by one common culture. That makes it possible to be broadly deployable without diluting quality or identity.

SWP aims to be an incubator in which new generations can enter, develop and eventually even run their own branch or label. This creates a sustainable model in which knowledge, experience and passion are passed on. Not top-down, but from the bottom up, with the conviction that hospitality is not a side job but a profession with a future, pride and depth.

We want to show that true quality in hospitality starts with people who work with fun, responsibility and skill. That's why we recruit, train and match colleagues who bring more than hours: energy, reliability and character. We provide a safe learning culture, mentor on the floor and help people realize their potential. Clients don't get loose forces, but teams that tell one story and deliver an experience that sticks.

We lift the bottom line through structure, coaching and continuous development. Hospitality is not a stopgap, but a profession in its own right. Social Interest

We believe that you change an industry by opening the door to people, not by lowering the bar but by making the route visible. After corona, we saw an empty base and high expectations. That is why we are building an incubator where young people, students and startups without a network come in on motivation and leave with skills, discipline and pride.

In that incubator, you learn on three layers. First behavior and attitude: arriving on time, being prepared, communicating respectfully. Then the craft: pacing, hygiene, guest approach, product knowledge. Then responsibility: co-owning the moment, thinking with the client, daring to catch mistakes. This is how talent is not consumed but shaped.

We deliberately focus on the bottom line, because that’s where the big payoff is. If that layer is safe, seen and well supervised, the whole chain can perform above them. We deploy, manage what works, transfer it to new teams and secure quality with clear agreements. Clients get peace and continuity, employees get perspective and the guest gets an experience that is right. We don’t just want to train young people, we want to give them direction. Our training revolves around skills as well as the norms, values and stories of the profession. Everything starts with intrinsic motivation; the rest we teach you with pleasure.

Every month we offer free training for permanent employees. We give opportunity, in return we ask for initiative. Real growth starts when you yourself dare to move. Whoever is driven from within becomes a powerful team member. That’s why we do more than train: we mirror, motivate and open doors. You learn technique on the floor. Frequently Asked Questions

Working with

We can move quickly, but always choose quality over haste. That is why we first carefully map out your needs and make clear agreements. This way you can be sure that you will not just get employees, but a suitable team that works the way you have in mind. You can easily submit a request via our website, after which we will contact you directly.

Quality starts with the basics. Every employee goes through a careful application and onboarding process of at least one month, including training and trial days. Only then are they part of our permanent team.

We always schedule backup shifts. When there is a cancellation or sick call, we put them in immediately. This way we guarantee the numbers we promise and quality remains guaranteed.

We operate mainly in Amsterdam, Utrecht and Rotterdam. Furthermore, this extends further into other areas with our caterer partners.

With Served With Passion you are assured of a legally correct and worry-free partnership. Employees deployed to you under authority always have a temporary employment contract and are covered by our hiring contract. For your exemption from the Wet Ketenaansprakelijkheid (Wka) we use a G account. We only deploy self-employed people when they demonstrably meet the legal criteria for entrepreneurship, guaranteed through our agency agreement and contract for work. All our documents and processes are continuously managed and reviewed by our HR manager, in collaboration with a specialized lawyer and attorney labor law/DBA. This way you can be sure that everything is completely up-to-date, reliable and secure.

This is possible, though the rate we charge for it is higher than our regular rate. Because at that time we have less room to lend a helping hand to our regular partners.

Our rates depend on the functions you need, the level of quality and the size of the purchase. After your request, you will receive a clear and appropriate proposal from us.

We always make transparent arrangements with our clients about travel expenses. For fixed locations, we apply a maximum rate per employee. For assignments for caterers, we charge a mileage allowance or public transport costs and, if applicable, parking costs (subject to agreement). There is also a travel time allowance if the total journey takes longer than one hour.

Working at

We work from four core values: enthusiasm, connection, growth and responsibility. With us, matching on the first two core values is a requirement. That means you bring energy and fun, work well together and show interest in your work.

Not at first. We look at your personality and enthusiasm for the job. Basic skills such as tray walking, carrying three plates and covering a dinner will be taught to you during basic training. Furthermore, you are never alone. Thanks to our 1-to-7 formula, there is always an experienced staff member or manager present who keeps an overview, supports you and ensures that the team works smoothly together.

Sure! We invest in your growth through training, coaching and advancement opportunities. For example: From a specific function to all-round employee. From all-round employee to first employee, district/pass/bar head or Cocktail shaker. From first employee to Supervisor or Manager From Supervisor or Manager to Party manager

We work with a secure application that you will receive when you are hired by our organization. You will receive your schedule digitally through our application, based on your stated availability. Furthermore, our scheduler is on hand to answer your questions so you can do your job worry-free.

Our base pay is above the hospitality industry average. Based on your last paycheck and your age, you may get an initial proposal and after your trial period, it will be fixed or adjusted based on your work performance and match with our core values/team. With us, the more commitment and development, the faster you can advance. Passionate work never goes unrewarded.

We work with both 0-hour on-call contracts and fixed-hour contracts. We always start with a 0-hour contract to find out if we are a good match for each other. Within the 0-hour contract you decide for yourself, outside of the reference days, where and when you work.

We offer a wide range of work from brasserie, hotel and restaurant to weddings, high end dinners and corporate events. We also often work at fun festivals in the summer.

You can apply for anything within our application but we will ultimately accept or reject you. Based on your trial days and training day, we will create a framework of positions you can hold. Through the passion, enthusiasm, commitment and performance you show on and off the job, you can broaden this framework. Through our training you can accelerate the process for this.
